How to request deletion
- Open Quack Heroes, tap Settings, and note the ID shown there.
- Email dev@rakumaro.com with the subject "Quack Heroes account deletion". Send it from the Google email you sign in with, or include your ID if you play as a guest.
- We confirm the request and delete the account within 30 days, then reply to let you know.
If you no longer have the game installed, email us from your Google sign-in address and we will find the account from that.
What gets deleted
- Your Google account link and email address
- Your saved game backup on our server
- In-game mail, statistics, gift-code redemptions and moderation records
- Push notification tokens; every device is signed out
What is kept
- Records of real-money purchases (product, order ID, date), detached from your account, kept as required for accounting and refund handling.
- An anonymised account placeholder with no personal data, so old sign-in tokens are refused.
Crash reports and analytics held by Google Firebase are not linked to your account and expire under Firebase's retention periods (see our Privacy Policy).
Deletion is permanent. Your server backup cannot be recovered afterwards. The copy of the game on your phone keeps working until you uninstall it or clear its data.
